Determination of Al content in the flame-retardant viscose fiber

摘要: 对无机/有机阻燃粘胶纤维进行纺纱、织造及不同条件的化学加工处理,用原子吸收光谱法测定经不同条件处理前后阻燃粘胶纤维中铝的含量。通过铝含量的变化,分析纺纱、织造及化学加工过程对无机/有机阻燃粘胶纤维阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:各种化学试剂及纺纱、织造过程对无机/有机阻燃粘胶纤维中的铝含量有不同程度的影响,其中碱的影响最大,酸、氧化剂、还原剂、盐处理及纺纱、织造加工使铝的含量有少量减少。

Abstract: Spinning and weaving were carried out with organic/inorganic flame-retardant viscose fibers along with chemical treatment under various conditions,and the Al content in the organic/inorganic flame-retardant viscose fibers before and after treatments were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.According to the variations of Al content,the influence of spinning,weaving and chemical treatment on flame-retardant property of the fibers was analyzed.The result demonstrated that different chemical agents,and spinning and weaving processes have impact on the Al content in organic/inorganic flame-retardant viscose fibers,of which,alkali is the most important factor,and acid,oxidant,reducing agent,salt,as well as spinning and weaving lower Al content slightly.
