微胶囊的制备及其在涂层织物透气整理上的应用

摘要: 采用一种环保型微胶囊产品,应用于涂层整理,以提高涂层织物的透气性。采用原位聚合法以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材,以水为芯材,对微胶囊的制备进行了初步的探讨。采用正交法对制备工艺条件进行了优化,并分析了单体用量、乳化剂、引发剂种类及用量等参数对其性能如粒径大小、分布的影响。最后将所制备出的微胶囊用于织物涂层整理实验,结果显示,在一定程度上此微胶囊可以提高涂层织物的透气性。

Abstract: A kind of microcapsule was researched and applied to improve the breathability of the coated fabric.In-Situ Limited Coalescence Polymerization was employed to prepared microcapsules,using MMA as wall material and water as core.The processing parameters in the preparation were optimized by the orthogonal design method.The influence of several factors,including shell materials,emulsifier initiator etc,on the microcapsule′s size,size distribution and other performances were discussed.Then the microcapsules were mixed with the finishing agents and applied in the coating experiment.The result showed that the breathability of the coated fabric was improved to a certain extent.
