Temperature field simulation of the needle quenching process based on the ANSYS

摘要: 针对织针网带炉淬火,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对织针加热过程中的温度变化进行了模拟。结果显示,在淬火加热过程中,织针的内部温度并不完全相同,针勾部位升温较快,针身部位升温较慢。并且,网带速度的大小对织针的升温曲线影响较大,随着网带速度的提高,一方面织针在加热前期的内部温差越来越大,另一方面织针在加热后期的保温时间越来越短。依据模拟结果,提出了网带炉织针淬火加热工艺参数的方案。

Abstract: The temperature change of knitting needles during quenching in the mesh-belt furnace was simulated using the ANSYS software.The results show that the internal temperature of the knitting needles was not uniform,and the temperature of the hook part rose faster than that of the middle part.Moreover,the velocity of the mesh-belt exerted a great influence on the temperature distribution curve.The temperature difference of the internal part became bigger and bigger in the earlier heating stage and the holding time became shorter and shorter in the later heating stage as the velocity of the mesh-belt increased.Based on the results,the technology parameters of the needle quenching in the mesh-belt furnace were adjusted.
