摘要: 为了提高涤棉混纺织物的润湿性,对其进行氧气低温等离子体处理。利用CDCA-100F动态接触角和界面张力仪所绘制的吸湿量与时间曲线分析涤棉混纺织物润湿性的变化。结果表明,处理后混纺织物的润湿性能有了极大的改善。在不同等离子体处理条件(功率、时间和压强)下,对织物进行单因素实验,得出了润湿性能和处理条件的关系,并发现在反应功率100 W,反应压强25 Pa时处理3 min,涤棉混纺织物的润湿效果改善最为明显。

Abstract: Polyester/cotton blended fabric was treated by oxygen plasma for improving its wetting property.The effect of plasma treatment on the wetting property of the polyester/cotton blended fabric was analyzed using the hygroscopic capacity/time curve plotted by means of CDCA-100F dynamic contact angle fiber tension-meter.The results indicated that the wetting property was significantly improved. Treatment conditions were varied as a function of power,duration and pressure of plasma treatment,and the correlation of wetting property and treatment conditions was found out.And it was observed that the most significant improvement of the wetting property of the polyester/cotton fabric occurs when the power is (100 W) with a pressure of(25 Pa) for 3 minutes.
