摘要: 落棉隔距是影响精梳机落棉率与梳理质量的重要参数。由于精梳机的钳板摆轴传动钳板的方式都为四连杆机构,在进行落棉隔距的调整时,改变了连杆的初始位置,因此精梳机的其它工艺参数也随之改变。运用计算机计算并分析了E7/6型精梳机在不同落棉刻度时钳板的开启闭合规律、锡林梳理定时、分离接合时间及钳板钳口压力的变化规律。

Abstract: The detaching distance is an important parameter for adjusting comber noil and combing quality.Since the rocking of the nipper shaft causes the nippers to move backward and forward through a series of links,the original position of nipper frame is altered when changing the detaching distance,resulting in the change of other process parameters of the comber.The paper elucidates the low of opening-closing of nipper,the timing of cylinder′s combing,the timing of detaching-lapping and the changing law of nip pressure,as calculated and analyzed by computer,in different detaching distance on E7/6 comber.
