摘要: 介绍了羊毛织物拒水拒油整理的概况和原理,利用新型的交联剂WR 40和Advanproof WRC-LT制定了一种适用于羊毛的新型拒水拒油低温交联整理工艺,经过大量实验确定了最佳整理工艺参数,并通过系列效果对比实验证明,该新工艺可以完全替代传统的高温焙烘拒水拒油整理工艺赋予羊毛织物耐久的三防(防水、防油、防污)效果,具有节能生产的实际意义及应用推广价值。

Abstract: This paper made a brief review on the water and oil repellent treatment of wool fabric and its mechanism.Using a novel crosslinking agent WR 40 and Advanproof WRC-LT,a new process was developed,which was suitable for low temperature crosslinking finish of wool for water and oil repellency.The optimum process conditions were determined by experiments,and through comparative study of the results,it is considered using this new process as a substitute for the traditional one of high temperature curing for water and oil repellent finish of wool to render it durable water and oil repellency and soil resistance.It is energy saving and worthy for promotion of use.
