摘要: 介绍了精纺毛纱的特殊上浆要求;测试了3类常用浆料对毛纱的上浆性能,如粘附性、润湿性、混溶性、成膜性等,并作了比较分析。在此基础上,将PVA0588、ASP变性淀粉、聚丙烯酸酰胺浆料以不同混合比例进行了复配,并对浸透剂BXJ、FC及快速渗透王T的选用进行了比较试验。结果表明,只有确定合适的混合浆料复配比例,并在浆料中加入适量的浸透剂,才能保证精纺毛纱用浆料具有良好的上浆性能,达到较好的上浆效果。

Abstract: Introduced the specific demands of sizing worsted wool yarns.Sizing performance of commonly used three kinds of size on wool yarn,e.g.,cohesiveness,wettability,compatibility,and film-forming was examined and compared.And compounding experiments were carried out with PVA0588,modified starch ASP,polyacrylamide size at different mixing ratio,using penetrant BX,JFC,T selectively. The test results show that determination of proper component proportion of mixed size and addition of appropriate amount of penetrant are factors for ensuring favorable sizing performance of the mixed size and better sizing effect on worsted wool yarns.
