摘要: 通过对浆液起泡作用机理的分析,论述了经纱上浆过程中浆液泡沫的形成过程及其稳定性,从浆料、调浆和上浆3个方面分析了浆液中泡沫形成的起因。仅从浆料方面考虑,浆料中所含的表面活性剂、蛋白质、部分醇解PVA、某些改性剂和中和剂、不适宜的pH值和粘度,都是引起浆液起泡的直接原因。介绍了利用消泡剂消除浆液泡沫的机理及常用的消泡剂。

Abstract: The formation and stability of foams within sizing pastes used in warp sizing operations are discussed through analyzing the mechanism of the foam formation.The causes for forming foams are surveyed from three aspects: size,size mixing and sizing.With respect to the size,surfactants,protein,and partially hydrolyzed PVA components,as well as some chemical additives and neutralized agents,and improper viscosity and pH value are often the direct cause of formation of foams.The mechanism of foam elimination by antifoaming agents is discussed and some commonly used antifoaming agents are briefly introduced.
