远红外熔喷保暖絮片的光蓄热性能

Photo-thermal storage properties of the wadding of melt-blown far infrared PP superfine fiber nonwovens

摘要: 研制了一种含有纳米电气石的聚丙烯熔喷非织造布,并对不同产地和不同含量电气石的熔喷非织造布进行了分析,探讨了这种材料的光蓄热性能。实验证明,电气石含量的不同对聚丙烯熔喷非织造布的光蓄热性能有很大影响,当电气石含量在0~8%范围内时,随着电气石含量的增加,熔喷非织造布的远红外发射率随之增加,但是其光蓄热性能却不成正比关系。

Abstract: A tourmaline powders-contained melt-blown polypropylene(PP) non-wovens was developed,and the photo-thermal storage property of PP nonwovens with different origins and different contents of tourmaline were tested.The results show that the content of tourmaline has great impact on the photo-thermal storage properties of the nonwovens.When the content of tourmaline is in the range of 0~8%,the far infrared emissivity increases with the increase of tourmaline content,but the photo-thermal storage property does not observe that rule.
