含轴纱三维编织复合材料的弹性模量

摘要: 对包含有轴纱的三维编织复合材料的拉伸弹性模量和弯曲弹性模量进行了试验研究和理论分析。研究结果表明,引入合适比例的轴纱不但可以减少编织工作量,还可以提高构件的轴向受力性能;在交织纱和轴纱的比例分别为50/50和75/25时,材料的拉伸弹性模量和弯曲弹性模量达到最佳值。

Abstract: Experimental and theoretical researches were undertaken on the elastic modulus in tension and bending of 3D braided composites containing axial yarns.The research results showed that introduction of axial yarns can reduce the work load of braiding,and enhance the axial force bearing capacity of components of 3D braided composites.The experimental results showed that the elastic modulus in tension and bending reaches the optinal value when the ratio between braided yarns and axial yarns is 50/50 and 75/25.
