摘要: 新型织物模拟的暖体出汗假人能够测试服装的热阻和湿阻,传统平板式织物保暖仪可以测试各种纺织品热传递性能。采用这2种方法,对1组衬衣及其面料的热阻进行测试与比较。结果显示:平板保暖仪与暖体假人均具有较高的试验精确度和重现性,但暖体假人测试得到的服装及其附面层空气热阻与平板式织物保暖仪测试得到的织物及其附面层空气热阻有一定的差异。

Abstract: A novel perspiration imitation thermal manikin is developed to measure the thermal resistance and moisture vapor resistance of fabrics.The traditional guarded hot plate apparatus can be used to measure the thermal conductivity of various textiles.Measurement of thermal resistance of a series of shirts and the related fabrics are carried out with the above two apparatus.The data shows that these two apparatus all have high accuracy and reproducibility.However,the thermal resistance of fabrics with air layer measured by the guarded hot plate apparatus is less than that by the thermal manikin.
