兔毛低温等离子体表面改性

Surface modification of rabbit hair by low temperature plasma

摘要: 兔毛纤维表面鳞片层导致兔毛纤维表面非常光滑,纤维之间的摩擦因数小,纤维之间的抱合差,织物容易掉毛,染色性能不好,故采用低温等离子体技术对兔毛表面进行改性处理。通过扫描电镜(SEM)和CDCA-100F表面动态接触角测量仪对改性后的兔毛纤维进行表征与分析。结果显示:经过等离子体处理后,兔毛纤维表面的鳞片层逐渐消失,纤维表面产生明显刻蚀,兔毛纤维的前进角、后退角明显降低;经过等离子体处理兔毛纤维的卷曲度得到提高,兔毛纤维的强度基本不变。

Abstract: The surface of rabbit hair is covered with a series of serrated scales,which make the fiber very smooth on the surface,low fiber-to-fiber friction factor and cohesion force,low dyeability,and easy falling from fabric.Low temperature gas plasma treatment was used for surface modification of rabbit hair.The SEM and CDCA-100F contact angle tester revealed that the serrations of the fibers were gradually removed by plasma treatment and the surface of the surface of the fibers was etched.The fiber′s crimp degree was improved and its strength was substantially retained.
