摘要: 为了对海丝纤维的结构和性能有更好的理解,分析了海丝纤维的组成及结构特点,以及纤维的强度和延伸性能。介绍了用硝酸银处理海丝纤维制备含银海丝活性纤维的生产工艺及产品性能。处理后的含银海丝活性纤维的强度和延伸性虽有一定的下降,但具有很好的抗菌性能,对引起皮肤发痒的念珠菌属真菌、引起皮炎的金黄色葡萄球菌和造成皮肤感染的大肠杆菌都有明显的抑制作用。海丝纤维及含银海丝活性纤维结合了Lyocell纤维优良的物理性能以及海藻类生物材料和银离子的生物活性,在功能性纺织品中有很好的应用价值。

Abstract: To understand the structure and properties of Seacell fiber,this paper analyzed the composition and structural characteristics,strength,and extensibility of the fiber.It also introduced the process of making silver containing Seacell active fiber by treating the fiber with silver nitrate and the property of the treated fiber.Results show that though there is a reduction in fiber strength and extensibility of Seacell active fiber,it has been imparted good antimicrobial properties against Candida albicans,Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli that are responsible for itching,dermatitis and skin infection respectively.Because Seacell fiber and Seacell active fiber have combined the excellent physical properties of Lyocell fiber,the bioactivities of seaweed biomaterial,and silver ions,they are valuable for the production of functional textiles.
