摘要: 研究了COPET/PA海岛纤维针刺非织造基布的碱减量处理工艺,分析了碱液质量浓度、处理温度和时间及浴比对非织造布失重率的影响以及失重率与非织造布强力间的变化关系。研究发现碱液质量浓度和处理温度是影响失重率和断裂强力2个主要因素。一般来说,碱减量处理温度越高,时间越长,碱液质量浓度越高,则减量率越高,三者对减量率的影响非常显著。非织造基布碱减量处理的最佳方案为浴比1∶40,碱液质量浓度10 g/L,处理温度95℃,处理时间30 min。

Abstract: This paper studies the process of alkali treatment of COPET/PA sea-island type composite fiber nonwovens and analyses the influences of alkali concentration,reaction time and temperature,and bath ratio on weight loss percentage and the relationship between the weight loss percentage and tensile strength.The research shows that alkali concentration and temperature are important factors affecting weight loss percentage and tensile strength.Generally,weight loss percentage increases with the increase of temperature,reaction time,and alkali concentration.The optimal alkali treatment parameters for sea-island fiber nonwovens are determined∶bath ratio,1∶40,alkali concentration,(10 g/L),treating at(95 ℃) for(30 min).
