苎麻织物结构设计若干问题探讨

摘要: 为改善苎麻织物的刺痒感,提高苎麻织物的服用性能,对苎麻织物刺痒感的产生原因进行分析,并对苎麻织物设计中的组织结构选择、织物密度和紧度的确定等若干问题进行探讨,建立了非紧密结构苎麻织物的经纬纱可织密度和可织紧度范围的计算公式,为合理设计苎麻织物提供了理论依据。研究结果表明:对于不同种类的纱线和不同密度的织物,只要合理选择织物结构相、经纬纱密度和紧度等结构参数,就能减少纤维和纱线的弯曲程度,减少刺痒源的产生,从而改善苎麻织物的刺痒感。

Abstract: To ameliorate the prodding and itching feeling of ramie fabric and improve its wearability,this paper analyses the causes leading itchiness,and investigates the design of ramie fabrics in terms of selection of fabric weave and structure,and determination of fabric count and tightness.It establishes a formula for calculating the possible range of density of warp for a ramie fabric with non-tight structure,providing a theoretical basis for rational design of ramie fabric.The result shows that with different kinds of yarn and density of fabric,as long as structure parameters like fabric structural phase,warp and weft density and tightness are properly chosen,bending of fiber and yarn is reduced so that sources of itchiness are reduced.
