催化纤维的制备及其催化性能

摘要: 利用接枝反应将马来酸酐改性氨基钴酞菁(CoPc)负载到纤维素纤维上,制得新型催化纤维(CoPcF)。考察了水溶液中pH值、巯基乙醇浓度对CoPcF催化性能的影响。结果表明:在pH值为11时,CoPcF对巯基乙醇的催化活性最高;随着巯基乙醇浓度的增加,CoPcF对巯基乙醇的催化活性也不断增加。因此,CoPcF在室温下对巯基乙醇具有良好的催化氧化活性,能重复使用且对环境无二次污染。

Abstract: Cobalt tetra(N-carbonylacrylic) aminophthalocyanine was formed on the surface of cellulose fibers by graft copolymerization and a novel polymer catalyst,catalytic fibers(CoPcF) was thus obtained.The effects of pH and concentration of 2-mercaptoethanol on the catalytic oxidation activity of CoPcF towards oxidation 2-mercaptoethanol in aqueous solution were investigated.The experimental results demonstrated that the catalytic effect of CoPcF on of 2-mercaptoethanol is the best when pH=11,and it increases with the increasing of the concentration of 2-mercaptoethanol.Therefore,CoPcF has good catalytic oxidation activity on 2-mercaptoethanol at room temperature,and CoPcF is recyclable and it will not cause any secondary pollution.
