摘要: 为降低E51环氧树脂体系的反应活性和黏度,采用在E51环氧树脂中添加适量活性稀释剂以及在低分子量聚酰胺固化剂中混入适量改性胺固化剂的方法,配制了基于双酚A型E51环氧树脂为基体的VARTM工艺用环氧树脂体系,同时对不同活性含量的VARTM树脂的工艺性能及浇铸体的力学性能进行了测试研究。结果表明,减少低分子量聚酰胺固化剂的用量及在一定范围内增加改性胺固化剂的用量可有效降低树脂体系的低温反应活性,活性稀释剂含量的多少不仅影响树脂体系黏度高低,而且影响到其浇铸体力学性能。

Abstract: In order to decrease the chemical reactivity and viscosity of E51 epoxy resin,an active diluent was added to E51 epoxy on a certain mass concentration and some modified amine hardener was incorporated into the low molecular polyamide hardener during preparation of bisphenol A epoxy resin based VARTM resin. The technological properties of VARTM resin and mechanical behaviors of the cured resin with different active diluent contents were investigated in this paper. The experimental results showed that reducing the content of low molecular polyamide and increasing the content of modified amine to some extent can effectively lower the low temperature reactivity of resin system.In addition,both the viscosity of the resin and the mechanical properties of the cured resin are affected by active diluent content.
