再生角蛋白纤维含量对多元交织物服用性能的影响

Influence of the regenerated keratin fiber content on multicomponent mixture fabric wearing characteristics

摘要: 利用不同混纺比的再生角蛋白/棉混纺纱与涤棉纱交织,开发出休闲风格的棉型交织产品。分析再生角蛋白纤维含量对面料风格及服用性能的影响,在织物的各单项性能与混纺比之间建立了回归模型。经过对测试数据的分析表明:交织物的耐磨性、折皱回复性、悬垂性、刚柔性、透气性与再生角蛋白纤维含量之间存在显著的相关关系,再生角蛋白纤维与棉的混纺比控制在60∶40左右,织物的综合性能较优,为再生角蛋白纤维交织产品的设计开发提供了理论依据。

Abstract: This paper uses regenerated keratin fiber/cotton blended yarn with different blending ratios for interweaving with polyester/cotton blended yarn,designs the cotton type mixture fabric of leisure style,and analyses the influence of regenerated keratin fiber content on the fabric style and wearing characteristics.Regression mode is established based on the relations between wearing characteristics of single item and blending ratio.Measured data indicates that a remarkable correlation exists between the regenerated keratin fiber content and abrasion resistance,crease recovery,draping,bending rigidity,air permeability of mixture fabric.The fabric with the blending ratio of the regenerated keratin fiber to cotton at about 60∶40 exhibits excellent performance in all items.The paper provides a theoretical basis for designing the regenerated keratin fiber mixture fabric.
