纺织复合材料成型过程中树脂的流动分析

Flow rate analysis during textile composites manufacturing

摘要: 选用标准大小的立体结构玻纤织物和平纹玻纤织物作预制件,在室温条件下,用m(854标准型乙烯基酯树脂)∶m(MEKP催化剂)∶m(Cobalt固化剂)=100∶1.5∶2的混合物作渗透用树脂,采用真空辅助树脂渗透成型工艺制成纺织结构复合材料,并用数码摄像记录整个过程。对该工艺条件下树脂基体的流速进行分析,结果表明,虽然其在不同预制件及同一预制件的不同位置的流速不同,但位移与时间曲线符合对数关系,速度与位移曲线和速度与时间曲线符合指数函数关系。

Abstract: This paper selected standard size 3-D woven fabric and five-layer plain fabric which were both made by glass fiber as materials for prefabrication.Under the room temperature the composite panels were manufactured by the VARI(vacuum assisted resin infusion) technique with standard 854 vinyl-ester resin∶ activator(MEKP)∶condensate(Cobalt) at a mass ratio of 100∶1.5∶2.The whole process of the resin infusion was recorded by a digital video camera.The flow rate of the resin during this process was analyzed.The results shows that the time-displacement curve conforms to logarithmic function,and velocity-displacement and velocity-time,to exponential function,although the flow rate varies with performer and differs in different positions of the performer.
