摘要: 纤维性能都存在多种缺陷,纤维单丝的强度总是由多种缺陷共同决定。通过推导含多种缺陷纤维单丝的强度分布函数,从理论上证明含多种缺陷的纤维单丝强度并不服从二参数Weibull分布,而是服从多重Weibull复合分布。在此基础上,进一步推导出纤维束强度预测模型。针对纤维单丝强度的多重Weibull复合分布形式,数值仿真研究表明:纤维单丝强度的离散度越大,纤维长度对纤维单丝平均强度的影响越显著,纤维束的纤维强度利用率越低。

Abstract: Fibers are all with many types of defects,and tensile strength of single fiber is always determined collectively by these defects.Tensile strength distribution of single fibers which have many types of defects was deduced and proved theoretically not submitting to tow-parameter Weibull distribution,but to poly-Weibull compound distribution.A strength prediction mode of fiber bundles were inferred farther.Aiming at poly-Weibull compound distribution of single fibers strength,numerical simulation results show that the bigger the discrete coefficient of single fiber tensile strength,the more predominant the influence of fiber length on average strength of single fibers and the lower the utilization of fiber tensile strength in fiber bundles.
