Adsorptivity of superfine sodium polystyrene sulfonate particles

摘要: 基于紫外可见分光光度计的方法,研究自制超细聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(SPSSNa)颗粒及含有SPSSNa的交联PVA膜对阳离子红染料的吸附性能。结果表明:SPSSNa颗粒对阳离子红染料的动态吸附过程遵循Langmuir等温吸附和Lagergren准二级动力学方程,表明吸附过程以单分子层吸附为主,温度敏感性强;与纯PVA膜相比,SPSSNa-PVA膜对阳离子红染料的离子交换吸附能力有明显提高。

Abstract: The adsorption of cationic dye red with superfine sodium polystyrene sulfonate(SPSSNa) particles and the blend films of SPSSNa and polyvinyl alcohol were investigated by using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.The results indicated that the adsorption process of cationic dye with SPSSNa particles followed Langmuir isotherm and Lagergren pesudo-second order kinetic equation.This implied a monolayer adsorption,and also the adsorption indicated a strong temperature-dependence.The adsorption of cationic dyes with the blend film was faster and stronger than that of pure PVA.
