摘要: 为了探讨活性染料对竹原纤维与棉纤维染色效果的差异,进一步了解活性染料对竹原纤维的染色效果,选用中温型活性染料黄ED对竹原纤维进行染色,分析工艺参数如温度、食盐及纯碱等因素对竹原纤维染色效果的影响,通过正交试验得出最佳前处理工艺参数为:双氧水(30%)质量浓度5 g/L,硅酸钠质量浓度2 g/L,pH值11.0,温度95℃;最佳染色工艺参数为:温度60℃,食盐质量浓度60 g/L,纯碱质量浓度25 g/L。

Abstract: In order to investigate the differences between bamboo fibers and cotton when dyed with reactive dyes,bamboo fibers were dyed with a middle temperature reactive dye yellow ED.The Influence of process parameters,such as temperature,salt and alkali on the dyeing properties of bamboo fibers were analyzed.The optimal pretreatment and dyeing process were determined through orthogonal tests: H_2O_2(30%)(5 g/L),Na_2SiO_3(2 g/L),pH 11.0,and temperature(95 ℃) for pretreatment and,NaCl(60 g/L),Na_2CO_3(25 g/L),and temperature (60 ℃) for dyeing.
