摘要: 为研究棉纤维长度分布对纱线性能的影响,采用长度分布的概率密度函数有利于数学方法的应用,而且更能全面反映出长度的分布状态。基于棉纤维长度的Premier检测数据,利用非参数核密度估计方法,选用有代表性的核函数,得到长度分布的密度函数曲线,选用12.7 mm及16 mm短绒率检验,证明拟合是有效的。结果表明:使用幂函数型核函数及正态核函数效果较好。这种方法为研究纤维长度分布以及利用HVI等仪器测量数据并进行预测提供了理论参考。

Abstract: In order to discuss the effect of fiber length distribution on yarn properties,researchers prefer fiber length density function,for some mathematical methods can be adopted conveniently and the density function is the best way to describe the entire length distribution.Based on Premier test data,this approach uses kernel function method to estimate the density function of cotton fiber length.The goodness of fit is verified by comparing the calculated and tested value of the SFC of 12.7 and 16 mm,and the analysis results in the conclusion that a power-type kernel function and a normal kernel function are superior.The estimation lays a foundation for the study of cotton fiber length and the prediction of yarn quality based on the data from the equipments like HVI.
