摘要: 采用相关性分析揭示纱线质量指标之间关系,利用主成分分析法确立外观质量因子和力学性能因子这两个反映纱线性能的综合质量因子。在对纱线综合质量因子作定量排序的基础上,建立纱线综合质量评价坐标系,从而构成一个完整的纱线综合质量评价系统。采用该系统对不同品质纱线进行综合质量评价、对比,实践证实纱线综合质量评价系统对不同品质纱线样本的综合质量评价具有科学性和便捷性,在实际生产中对纱线的分类、选择工作具有参考作用。

Abstract: This paper revealed the relationships among yarn quality indexes by using relativity analysis.Through component analysis,two general quality factors,surface quality factor and mechanic function factor,were established. The paper founded the yarn general quality evaluation coordinate system based on the quantity taxis.Thereby,it formatted a general quality evaluation system for yarn.It is believed that the system is convenient in evaluating yarn quality. It is considered useful for yarn classification and selection in the mill practice.
