衬垫用经编间隔织物振动特性探讨

摘要: 为更好地了解用于汽车座椅衬垫材料的经编间隔织物的力学特性,针对间隔织物的三维结构特征分析其在静态和动态压力下的黏弹性。建立动力学模型后,采用振动传递率来表征间隔织物振动特性,提出固有频率和黏滞系数2个振动参数,同时定性分析影响这2个重要振动参数的织物结构因素。结果表明,间隔层的结构和材料是影响经编间隔织物振动特性的主要因素,合理配置和设计经编间隔织物的结构参数,可以达到预设间隔织物的固有频率和黏滞系数的目的,以此对间隔织物振动特性进行优化获取乘坐舒适性

Abstract: The special three-dimensional construction of warp knitted spacer fabric is analyzed to look into the viscoelastic nature in the static and dynamic condition and to study the mechanical properties of this new cushioning material for car seats.A mechanical model is built up and vibration transmission rate is used to describe the vibration behavior.Natural frequency and damping coefficient are the important parameters which are determined by the construction parameters of spacer fabric.The analytical results show that the construction and material of spacer layer are the key factors which influence the vibration behavior.The natural frequency and damping coefficient can be predetermined by rational designation of construction parameter to optimize the spacer fabric′s vibration behavior and riding comfort.
