摘要: 为了改进国内全自动横机的软件控制方法,基于全自动横机系统结构和原理的分析,在已有硬件平台(ARM9:S3C2410、FPGA:EP1K50)的基础上,提出一种新型的横机软件系统解决方案。该方案基于嵌入式Linux操作系统实现,主要由罗拉系统控制算法、驱动程序、横机编织控制程序和图形用户界面4部分组成。与传统电脑横机相比,基于此设计的横机技术含量高,可移植性强,可以组网控制,并且能将成本控制在较低的范围。实践证明,该方案切实可行。

Abstract: In order to improve the software control method of fully automatic flat knitting machine inland,the structure and theory of flat knitting machine were analyzed,and a new-style doable software design based on the hardware(ARM & FPGA) which was already chosen was proposed.This software design is based on embedded Linux,which includes the control algorithm of taker-in roller system,driver design,knit control program design and graphical user interfaces design.Compared with congener products,the machine based on this design is more advanced,easier to be transplanted,accessible in a network and low cost.It is proved to be a doable design in practice.
