摘要: 采用DSC实验和计算机模拟实验相结合的方法,研究聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)非等温结晶过程。发现用改进的微分方程处理实验数据得到的活化能与计算机模拟的理论值拟合误差为0.048,得到的成核参数拟合误差为0.033,二者误差均在1%之内,表明可以用计算机实验的方法获得PET的活化能和成核参数等结晶性能参数。

Abstract: The non-isothermal crystallization process of poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) fiber was researched by the method of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and computer simulation.It was showed that the fitted error of activation energy obtained from the reformed Ozawa equation and computer simulation was 0.048.And the fitted error of nucleation parameter was 0.033.The fitted errors were both confined within 1%.The research indicates that the activation energy and nucleation parameter of PET by computer simulation can been obtained.
