摘要: 为提高针织物线圈长度测量的可靠性和自动化程度,基于MatLab程序,利用图像处理技术对扫描的针织物结构图像进行处理,通过傅里叶变换提取出反映线圈长度的特征点,经过细化等处理后,测量出线圈在平面上的投影长度(二维线圈长度),经线性回归分析得出相应的实际线圈长度(三维线圈长度)。试验和分析表明,系统所测量并计算出的线圈长度与手工测量的线圈长度之间没有显著性差异,达到了所要求的测量精度。

Abstract: To enhance the reliability and automation of stitch length measurement,a stitch length measuring system through processing the scanned image based on MatLab was introduced.First,by extracting the features reflecting the stitch length with FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) and specific processing,the 2-D stitch length was measured,and then,the 3-D stitch length was calculated automatically according to regression analysis.Experiments demonstrate that no notable difference is found of the data obtained between the system and manual measurement.
