双季铵盐表面活性剂对涤纶织物的抗静电性能

摘要: 为提高涤纶织物的抗静电性能,利用双季铵盐表面活性剂的特殊结构,研究双季铵盐表面活性剂对涤纶织物的抗静电性能。在感应静电仪上测试添加了双季铵盐表面活性剂涤纶织物的感应静电压,研究其作为涤纶织物抗静电剂的抗静电性能,探讨双季铵盐表面活性剂的结构、浓度,整理时的焙烘温度、焙烘时间等条件对涤纶织物抗静电性能的影响。结果表明:选择二溴化N,N-二(十八烷基二甲基)-3-氧杂-1,5-戊二铵(6型)作为涤纶织物抗静电整理剂,在其质量浓度为1.5 g/L,焙烘温度110℃,焙烘时间150 s时,具有较好的抗静电效果。

Abstract: The antistatic capability of bisquaternary ammonium salt with special structure on the polyester fabric was studied with a view to improving the antistatic capability of the polyester fabric.The induction static voltage of polyester fabric added with bisquaternary ammonium salt was determined on the induction static instrument.The effects of its structure,concentrations,baking temperature and time on antistatic capability for polyester fabric were discussed.The results show that the N,N-′bis(dimethyl octadecyl)-3-oxa-1,5-penta diammonium bromide(type six) used as antistatic agent for polyester fabric has better antistatic effect under such conditions as the concentration of 1.5 g/L,baking at 110℃for 150 s.
