摘要: 以水溶性聚酯WSPET为改性剂,对普通聚酯PET进行改性,用毛细管流变仪测试PET、WSPET及其共混物在拉伸流场中的流变性能,用傅里叶红外变换光谱和X衍射仪对PET/WSPET共混纤维的结构进行分析。结果表明:PET/WSPET聚酯共混物熔体属于拉伸变稀型,熔体的表观拉伸黏度随拉伸应力的增加而降低,拉伸应力随拉伸应变速率的提高而增大,提高拉伸应变速率会导致熔体拉伸黏度下降;WSPET的加入不会明显改变PET的结构,但共混物的结晶性能会随WSPET加入量的增加而呈下降的趋势。

Abstract: PET was modified by adding WSPET.Rheological properties in extensional flow of PET,WSPET and their blend were researched by capillary rheometer.FT-IR and XRD were used to examine the structure of the polyblend fiber.The experimental results demonstrated that rheological property of all the samples researched appears tension-thinning behavior.With the increase of extensional stress,apparent extensional viscosity decreases.Extensional stress increases and apparent extensional viscosity falls as extension strain rate increases.IR and XRD studies showed that when WSPET is added,the structure of PET will not change obviously, while the crystal behavior of the polyblend will decrease.
