织机电子送经装置工艺性能的评价方法

摘要: 针对目前高速无梭织机电子送经装置工艺性能评价方法较少的现象,提出用极差不匀率和贴近度2个指标来评价织机张力的变化程度和张力波动的一致性,进而评价送经装置工艺性能的优劣。利用这2个指标对必佳乐OMNI-190喷气织机和丰田JAT710喷气织机在织造紧度相差较大和织造相似规格织物时各自送经装置的工艺性能进行对比分析。结果表明,必佳乐织机在织造不同规格织物时送经装置性能稳定,2种织机在织造相似规格织物时送经装置性能都较优越,没有明显的差异。

Abstract: At present,seldom evaluation methods can be found for the performance of electronic let-off device of high speed shuttleless loom.This paper has proposed that the two indexes,i.e.,the extreme unevenness and similarity be used to evaluate the consistency of tension change degree and tension fluctuation,and then the advantages and disadvantages of the performance of an electronic let-off device was evaluated.The two indexes were used to compare the performance of electronic let-off devices of Peogalo OMNI-190 and Toyato JAT710 when weaving fabrics with different covers or with similar specifications.The results show that the performance of the electronic let-off devices of two different looms is stable.There are no significant differences between the two.
