摘要: 经编生产中常用的电子送经系统有不带测速压辊的半闭环控制式和带测速压辊的全闭环控制式2种。针对半闭环控制式送经系统的送经精度较差、影响产品质量的问题,从测速压辊的作用上分析这2种送经系统控制原理的差异和送经精度的影响因素,并用实测法得到2种送经系统送经量的偏差率。通过分析认为,全闭环控制式送经系统比半闭环控制式送经系统有着更好的控制精度;同时也证明只要整经工艺合理,控制简捷的半闭环控制式送经系统也能保证良好的送经精度。

Abstract: Electrical beam control system usually used on warp knitting is divided into two types: the closed loop control system and semi-closed loop control system.As to the semi-closed loop control system,the precision of yarn let-off is inferior,and it influences the quality of products.The paper analyzes the discrepancy of the working principle between these two system,as well as the factor that influences the precision of yarn let-off,and detect the yarn let-off deviation of these two system.It is found that the closed loop control system has better control precision than the semi-closed loop control system,however,provided that good warping is effected,the semi-closed loop control system which is easy to manipulate can also offer perfect control precision.
