Abstract: In order to simplify the process of one-bath dyeing of silk/cotton and silk/flax fabrics to get a consistent color with high color fastness,one-bath dyeing of silk/cotton and silk/flax fabrics with three kinds of bifunctional reactive dyes—M type,Cibacron FN and Cibacron LS was performed.The impact of dyeing process and mixture of dyes on the shade of the dyed fabrics was investigated.The result shows that color uniformity of silk/cotton and silk/flax could be greatly improved in one-bath dyeing when suitable dyes and dyeing process parameters are adopted.
