摘要: 科学合理地评价服装企业中影响缝纫质量的各种因素,是企业生产管理者和客户研究探讨的主要问题之一。运用灰色统计评价法,构建评价缝纫质量的数学模型,并对某企业缝纫车间影响缝纫质量的因素进行评价,影响因素包括技术人员及操作人员的技能、缝纫设备的状况、车间的环境等,对评价结果进行分析,提出对缝纫车间进行必要调整的建议,为企业内部的自身评估和客户对服装企业的评估提供一种较好的评价方法。

Abstract: Scientific and rational evaluation of a variety of factors which affect the sewing quality of garment is one of important issues discussed by managers of enterprises and customers.By using the grey statistics evaluation method,mathematical model is constructed to evaluate sewing quality and influencing factors including the skills of technical staffs and operators,the condition of sewing equipments and workshop environment.The results of evaluation are analyzed and the proposals for necessary adjustment of sewing workshop are presented.It can be concluded that the grey statistics evaluation provides a good evaluation method for both enterprises and customers.
