摘要: 以气相生长碳纤维(VGCF)为填料,形状记忆聚氨酯(SMPU)为基体,溶剂分别使用NMPDMFTHF,采用溶液共混法制备了气相生长碳纤维/形状记忆聚氨酯复合材料。利用紫外可见分光光度计、扫描电镜和光学显微镜等测试分析了不同溶剂对气相生长碳纤维的分散性影响及对复合材料形态结构的影响。结果表明:不同的溶剂对气相生长碳纤维的分散性和复合材料的形态结构有较大影响,其中NMP为制备气相生长碳纤维/形状记忆聚氨酯复合材料的最佳溶剂。

Abstract: Taking vapor grown carbon fiber(VGCF) as a conductive filler, and shape memory polyurethane(SMPU) as matrix, while using NMPDMFTHF as solvent, respectively, VGCF/SMPU composites were prepared via solution mixing method. The effect of different solvents on the dispersion of VGCF and the composites’ morphology were studied by UV/visible spectrum, SEM and optical microscope. The results show that different types of solvents have obvious influences on the dispersion of VGCF and the morphology of the composites, and NMP is the best solvent for preparing VGCF/SMPU composites.
