影响赛车服护具抗冲击性的因素分析

摘要: 介绍了一种生产赛车服护具的新工艺。该护具是由热熔黏合纤维、三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维在一定的工艺条件下制得,部分纤维垂直铺层。采用正交试验法对护具的抗冲击性进行研究。研究影响护具抗冲击性的3个参数:护具质量、三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维含量和垂直铺层纤维含量。结果表明:各因素水平对结果都有显著影响,其中,三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维含量影响最大;考虑到护具的防护性兼舒适性,生产护具的最佳工艺为:护具质量65g, 三维卷曲中空涤纶纤维含量20%,垂直铺层纤维含量100%。

Abstract: This paper introduced a new process to produce motorcyclists’ racing suit protector, which was made of thermal bonded fiber, three-dimensional crimp fiber and vertical setting fiber under certain technique conditions. Orthogonal test was used to investigate the motorcyclists’ racing suit protector’s impact resistance. Three factors such as weight of the protector, content of three-dimensional crimp fiber, and content of vertical setting fiber were studied. The experimental results showed that each factor in different levels has significant influence on the result, but the content of three-dimensional crimp fiber is the key to the impact resistance. Considering the comfort and protective, the optimal process for manufacturing the protector is: weight 65g, the content of three-dimensional crimp fiber 20%, the content of vertical setting fiber 100%.
