摘要: 为开发FAST客观测试仪器在测试、评价、预测毛面料超喂缝制下缝缩率等有关方面的应用,建立了面料超喂缝纫时缝缩率与织物弯拉模量比(弯曲模量与拉伸弹性系数之比)、超喂量物理指标之间的理论方程,在分析面料弯拉模量比与FAST测试指标之间关系的基础上,推导了利用FAST测试弯拉模量比的计算方法。用该方法得到的理论值与实测值具有较好的线性相关性,为FAST织物性能客观测试系统在评价与预测面料的成衣性方面提供了一种新的应用方法。

Abstract: In order to develop the application of FAST testing system in the area of testing , evaluating, and predicting wool fabrics’ overfeeding sewing-shrinkage, The theory model was found between the ratio of fabric sewing-shrinkage, the ratio of fabrics’ bending modulus to stretching modulus (modulus ratio of bending and stretching), and fabric overfeeding capacity and other physical items. Based on analyzing the relationship between wool fabrics’ modulus ratio of bending to stretching and the testing items by FAST system, the formula for calculating the modulus ratio of bending to stretching has been established. There is a good leaning relationship between calculating value by using this formula and practical testing value, and this research has extended the application of FAST testing system in the area of optimizing sewing technology design and predicting fabrics’ sewing effect.
