基于质量分级法的织物毛细孔径分布测定方法

摘要: 为有效控制染色、印花、后整理等织物湿加工过程中的产品质量并设计出具有较好热湿舒适性能的服装面料,根据在织物毛细孔中液体前沿弯月面的laplace压力和液柱静压间的平衡关系,提出基于质量分级和差减数据测定沿织物平面毛细孔径分布的理论依据和方法。用自制的实验装置测定棉织物中毛细孔径分布,得到重现性良好的孔径分布直方图和分布曲线图。研究发现,织物的经纬密对孔径分布、平均孔径和最大比例孔径都有显著的影响。

Abstract: In order to effectively control fabric quality in the wet processing such as dyeing, printing, finishing and design a fabric which has better thermal-moisture comfort, this paper has proposed the theoretical basis and method for measuring capillary radius distribution along fabric plane based on the equilibrium between Laplace pressure of concave in front of capillary liquid and hydraulic pressure of liquid column by weight classification differentials. The capillary radius distribution of cotton fabric is measured with self-made laboratory instruments, and capillary radius distribution histogram, distribution curve and cumulative curve are obtained and all of them exhibit good reproducibility. It is found that warp-weft density of the fabric has significant impact on the capillary radius distribution, average radius and radius with maximum ratio.
