摘要:

纤维电学性能与纤维结构密切相关,普通的纤维束和纤维集合体电阻率测试仪不能迅速实时地反映一定电场下纤维电流的精细变化,而这种变化对分析纤维结构、老化、回潮率等方面有着这非常重要的作用。针对这一问题设计了基于LabVIEW软件的纤维微电流测试系统。该测试仪器通过纤维压缩装置将被测纤维压缩到一定体积密度,通过LabVIEW实时测量纤维在一定电压下电流变化情况,为研究纤维性能提供了有力的技术手段,同时基于LabVIEW的软件使得测试结果的显示更形象直观,操作更简洁,还可以很容易的实现其他测试功能的扩展。

Abstract:

Fiber electrical performance is closely associated with fiber construction. Traditional fiber bundle and fiber assembly resistivity meters are not real-time to reflect the variation of current at a given voltage, and this variation is very important to study the variation of fiber construction, aging, moisture regain and so on. A fiber electrical weak current tester was designed based on LabVIEW to solve the problem. Fibers samples can be compressed by fiber compressor to a certain density. The variation of fiber electrical current at a given voltage can be reflected by real-time detecting tester based on LabVIEW. The results are more visual, the operation is more simple, and it is easy to expand for other performance measurements.
