摘要: 为了实现纤维素基水刺法非织造材料在线泡沫均匀上色,对发泡体系中增稠剂、发泡剂、稳定剂、渗透剂等组分对发泡比和半衰期的影响进行了定量研究。结果表明:当增稠剂用量在7.2~8.4g/L,发泡剂Ⅰ与发泡剂Ⅱ配比为1.0~1.2:1,稳定剂用量在0.6~1.0g/L,渗透剂用量在7.3~8.3 mL/L时, 可得到配伍性较好的发泡体系和较为理想的泡沫染色产品。

Abstract: In order to get uniform dyeing effect of cellulosic spunlaced nonwoven, the quantitative investigation of thickener, foamer, foam stabilizer, penetrating agent and other components on the foaming ratio and the half-life were made. The results indicated that better compatibility foam system and a more satisfactory foam dyeing products can be achieved with the amount of thickener as 7.2~8.4g / L, the ratio of the foamerⅠ and Ⅱ as 1.0~1.2:1, foam stabilizer as 0.6~1.0g/L and penetrating agent as 7.3~8.3 mL/L.
