摘要: PFOS和PFOA是一类新型持久性有机污染物,具有很强的生物蓄积性和多种毒性。由于其优良的热稳定性、高表面活性及疏水疏油性能,已被广泛应用于化工、纺织、涂料、皮革、造纸等民用和工业产品生产领域,造成了全球性污染。随着有关PFOS等全氟有机化合物使用禁令的实施,PFOS和PFOA的分析测试技术也受到相关研究人员的日益重视。本文讨论了PFOS及PFOA的概况,并对当前PFOS和PFOA的预处理技术、检测技术以及存在的问题作了详细的讨论。

Abstract: PFOS and PFOA are the persistent organic pollutants, which having highly bioaccumulation and variety of toxicity. Because of good thermal stability, high surface activity and water and oil repellents, they have been employed into the living and industrial manufactures such as chemicals, textile fabrics, paint, leather and paper. And therefore a globe environment pollution has been gradually caused. The researchers have paid more attention on developing the analytical techniques of PFOS and PFOA to follow the bans promulgated by European Union and other international organizations. In this paper, the methods for sample pre-treatment and detection of PFOS and PFOA were reviewed. The problems and the trend in studying for the analysis of PFOS and PFOA were also discussed.
