转杯纺复合纱长丝与短纤复合点位置的建模与分析

摘要: 转杯纺长丝/短纤复合纱成纱过程中长丝/短纤的复合点位置影响到复合纱的成纱结构和性能。本文通过对成纱过程中各组分的力学分析,建立了转杯纺复合纱长丝/短纤复合过程的准静力学模型。利用所建立的模型,在不同转杯半径和长丝/复合纱速度比时对58tex/70D棉/涤复合纱复合点位置进行了求解。求解结果较好的解释了生产中的疑点和难点。

Abstract: In this study, a mathematical model is established for static rotor-spun composite yarn spinning process based on force balance Through the static model, the coordinates of convergent point under different spinning parameters are calculated. Furthermore, technical difficulty in rotor-spun composite yarn spinning process can be explained theoretically.
