蜂窝织物增强聚氯乙烯复合材料的隔音性能

Sound insulation of the honeycomb weave fabric Strengthen polyvinyl chloride composites

摘要: 选用10S/2棉纱为经纬纱,在自动织样机上织造面密度基本相同而组织循环数不同的蜂窝织物,以埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)填充的聚氯乙烯(PVC)为基体,制备蜂窝织物/PVC复合材料,以蜂窝织物/PVC复合材料为芯材,制备三明治结构复合材料。采用双声道声学分析仪,对制备样品的隔音性能进行测试和分析。结果表明:不同循环数的蜂窝织物对复合材料的隔音效果有很大影响,当组织循环数K=4时,复合材料显示了良好的隔音效果;对于蜂窝织物复合材料作为芯材的三明治结构复合材料而言,组织循环数K=4时,对低频具有良好的隔音性能,组织循环数K=9时,对高频率具有良好的隔音性能。

Abstract: To produce the same surface density but different tissue circulation counts honeycomb weave fabric, 10S/2 cotton yarn was used as Warp and Weft Yarns in the automatic sample loom. The halloysite nanotubes (HNTs) filled polyvinyl chloride (PVC) used as basic materials made honeycomb weave fabric/PVC textile composite material. And then this composite material used as core material made sandwich composite structure. The sound insulation quality of textile composite material was determined by Acoustic analyzer of two-channel. The results show that different compositions of honeycomb weave fabric have great influence on the sound insulation effect. When the tissue circulation count is 4, the composite material displays favorable sound insulation, the same as sandwich composite material but in low frequency, while in K=9 and high frequency the sandwich material has good insulation property.
