基于全显色结构的二组纬提花织物的混色特征

The research on color mixture characteristics of double-weft jacquard fabric with all-coloring structure

摘要: 在满足两组纬全显色的条件下,通过色纬的色彩组合方式及比例来研究提花织物空间混色的色彩变化特征。以红色纬与其他基本有彩原色纬组合即红绿(RG)、红蓝(RB)和红黄色彩组合(RY)进行试样,将试样通过扫描仪输入计算机,对试样进行计算机仿真模拟,采用计算机色彩平均计算法计算扫描图和模拟图的L*a*b*色度值,比较两者的明度L*值,计算两者的色差。结果表明:两组纬全显色提花织物空间混色后其明度变化规律性强,试样实物与模拟试样之间有色差,两组纬全显色提花织物依据自己的混色特征可以建立起实用的色彩模型或色卡用于指导该类织物的设计。

Abstract: Based on the double wefts all-coloring structure, color variation characteristics of jacquard fabric juxtaposition color mixture can be calculated through both color compound mode and proportion of color wefts. Sample test weaving carried out by red weft compound with other basic color wefts (red & green, red & blue, red & yellow), inputting computer with scanistor, then imitating the fabric sample on computer, obtaining simulated image, calculating the L*, a* and b* chroma value of imitated fabric in computer average color method of calculation, comparing L* value and calculating chromatism with the former. As the results showing: brightness changing of all-coloring double weft jacquard fabric with juxtaposition color mixture has distinct regularity. Although there is certain chromatism between fabric sample and imitated fabric, practical color model or color table can be set up, based on color mixture characteristics of double-weft jacquard fabric, for guiding designing on this kind of fabric.
