基于ZigBee的纺织厂车间空调控制系统

摘要: 针对纺织厂空调监控系统实时性的要求,提出了基于ZigBee技术的纺织厂织造车间空调运行监控系统,给出了监控系统的结构。选用了西门子的S7-300PLC作为系统的主控制器,使用基于ZigBee技术的芯片 CC2430组成空调系统的环境数据采集与传输、设备运行控制的控制器。给出了车间环境数据采集节点、监控网络主节点和设备控制节点电路,设计了以二次加权融合的传感器数据处理算法和系统控制流程,提高了系统检测与控制精度。

Abstract: Aiming at the timely requirement of real-time monitoring of Textile mill’s air-conditioning, the monitoring system of Textile Mill's Air-conditioning System which is based on ZigBee technology is put forward. pictured its System network structure. The S7-300 PLC from Siemens is choosed to be the controller of this system , and the CC2430 chip which is based on ZigBee technology is applied to be the controllers which is used to system environmental data collection and transmission, air conditioning equipment operation control and so on. Then the article devised one circuit schematic for performance data collecting, Control node of Equipment and monitoring network main node and so on. and design to secondary weighted fusion algorithm of the sensor data processing, improve Measurement data and control precision of the system.
