基于ADMAS的GT421型多臂机机构动态仿真

Dynamic simulation of mechanism of GT421 dobby based on ADMAS

摘要: 为了对GT421型旋转式电子多臂机做合理的机构动态仿真,首先对其主传动机构做合理的简化和分析,通过Pro/E和ADMAS对其提综机构完成建模、装配及动力学仿真,得出机构中各构件运动规律及动态受力情况。其中从花键轴和摇臂的相对停顿时间上做了理论分析和计算,校核主传动机构模型,又从静力学设计角度对机构中关键易损构件作了强度分析。为进一步考虑速度对机构运动及构件受力的影响,又对初输入圆盘做了三种典型速度下的机构仿真。总体仿真分析给研发更高速、稳定的开口装置提供了一些设计和改良的基础理论和依据。

Abstract: In order to do a reasonable mechanism dynamic simulation for GT421 rotary electronic dobby, firstly it needs a reasonable simplification and analysis for main drive mechanism, then completes the modeling, assembly and dynamic simulation to the heald lifting mechanism by Pro / E and ADMAS, and obtains the states of the movement rule and dynamic force of each component in the mechanism. Not only it makes the theoretical analysis and calculation to the relative pause time between the spline shaft and the rocker arm, and checks the main transmission mechanism model, but also it analyzes the strength on the key vulnerable components of the mechanism based on the statics design. In order to further consider the speed how it influences the mechanisms' motion and the components’ stress, it also makes the mechanism simulation in three kinds of typical speeds on the input disc. General simulation analysis will provide some basic theories and bases of design and improvement for developing high-speed and stable shedding devices.
