PDMDAAC/AM在涤纶织物上的抗静电性能

Antistatic properties of PDMDAAC/AM on polyester fabrics

摘要: 研究二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵/丙烯酰胺共聚物(PDMDAAC/AM)在涤纶上抗静电性能。采用烘干和焙烘两种整理工艺对涤纶织物进行处理,进一步运用接触角测试仪、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱对其处理前后表面结构进行研究。实验结果表明PDMDAAC/AM在涤纶织物上具有很好的抗静电性能,并且表现出良好的耐洗性。良好的抗静电性能主要来源于聚合物在涤纶织物表面的附着。研究还发现两种工艺整理后,织物的抗静电性能和手感有一定的差异,主要是因为PDMDAAC/AM在高温焙烘下产生交联。

Abstract: Antistatic properties of P(dimethyldiallylammonium chloride/ acrylamide) (PDMDAAC/AM) on polyester fabric were discussed. Drying process and baking process were betaken respectiely. Contact angle measure, SEM and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were emploied further to research it’s surface structure. The results indicated that polyester fabric showed good antistatic properties and durability dure to the strong adhension of PDMDAAC/AM. The discrepance of antistatic properties and bending length between two processes was caused by the association of PDMDAAC/AM in baking process.
