基于多播技术织机信息传输协议研究与应用

The research and application of loom data transmission protocol based on Multicast technology

摘要: 为了弥补现有织机一对一数据单播传输技术在多台机信息发送和大容量数据传输等方面存在的问题,提出采用多播技术的信息传输技术方案。本文介绍了多播传输技术路线,详细分析了多播传输关键协议结构和协议时间片规划;建立了信息传输效率数学模型,并通过仿真对比分析单播和多播传输效率。在数据传输测试平台上,分别采集单播和多播技术传输纹织数据到车间的多台织机的时间,通过试验测试分析,采用多播传输大大提高了织机数据传输的效率和传输系统稳定性。

Abstract: In order to make up the shortcoming of the multi-looms data transmission and mass data transmission by point to point wireless transmission technology, a way of the wireless transmission by multicast technology was put forward. In this paper the technology ways of multicast transmission were introduced; the mainly communication protocol structure and protocol time planning were analyzed in detail; Mathematical model of transmission efficiency was built, the transmission efficiency of unicast and multicast were analyzed by simulation. Time of unicast and multicast data transmission were tested respectively in the test platform in the workshop. The scheme of multicast technology has been proven more efficient and more stability by the test analysis result.
