Gemini型阳离子表面活性剂与铜酞菁染料的相互作用

Interaction between  quaternary ammonium Gemini-type surfactant and copper phthalocyanine dye

摘要: 研究表面活性剂和染料之间的相互作用具有重要的理论和实际应用价值。本文采用电导率、光谱法和表面张力测定等方法研究了Gemini季铵盐表面活性剂和铜酞菁结构染料直接蓝199的相互作用。研究结果表明,染料与表面活性剂作用后,λmax发生红移。当表面活性剂的浓度小于CMC时,混合溶液的吸光度下降,当浓度到达CMC之后吸光度又会上升。通过静电引力形成的染料-表面活性剂复合物首先会在气液界面排列,更大程度地降低溶液表面张力。随着表面活性剂浓度的增加,界面处的复合物会逐渐被表面活性剂分子所取代。

Abstract: Research on surfactant-dye interaction has important theoretical and practical values. The interaction between a quaternary ammonium Gemini-type surfactant (EB-CDAC) and C. I. Direct Blue 199 with copper phthalocyanine structure was investigated by conductivity testing, ultraviolet spectrophotometry and surface tension measurement. The results indicated that the combination of the dye and the surfactant induced dye λmax red-shifted. The absorbance of the mixed solution decreased when the concentration of EB-CDAC was lower than its CMC and increased when the concentration was higher than its CMC. The dye-surfactant complex formed by electrostatic forces occupied the air-water interface at first. With the increase of the concentration of EB-CDAC, the complexes on the air-water interface were replaced by EB-CDAC molecules gradually.
