无胶热压聚四氟乙烯覆膜高温滤料

High temperature resistant PTFE membrane filter  prepared by adhesive-free hot-pressing

摘要: 采用自主研发的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)发泡涂层剂对聚苯硫醚(PPS)滤料基材进行前处理,通过高温热压覆膜法制备了PTFE覆膜滤料。SEM观察发现该覆膜滤料的除尘机理为表面过滤,牢度测试及过滤性能研究得出PTFE薄膜与滤料基材结合牢固,覆膜滤料具有除尘效率高、过滤精度高、运行阻力低、易清灰、寿命长等特点,能有效控制PM2.5等超细粉尘的排放,可广泛应用于燃煤电厂、水泥行业、垃圾焚烧、化工厂及其它相关领域的高温烟气粉尘的治理。

Abstract: Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) membrane filter material was fabricated by hot lamination process which was pretreated with self-developed PTFE foam coating agent. SEM analysis showed that surface filtering is the main mechanism for the dust removal, the results of fastness test and the study on filtering properties indicated that PTFE membrane combined firmly with the PPS based filter media. The advantages of PTFE membrane filter media were high dust removal efficiency, high filtering precision, low run resistance, easily to remove the dust and long natural life and so on. It can effectively control the emissions of super fine dust such as PM2.5, and it could be widely applied in coal fired power plant, cement industry, garbage incineration, chemical plant and other relative areas for the removal of high temperature dust.
